Abigail Dyer

Abigail Nadezhda Dyer, born on June 13, 1996, in the embracing heart of Ukraine, departed this world on June 14, 2025, in Hunt, Texas, leaving behind a tapestry of cherished memories and heartfelt connections.

Adopted and brought to Texas at the tender age of five, Abigail quickly endeared herself to the community of Weslaco, where she not only excelled academically but also distinguished herself as a gifted athlete on the golf course while attending Weslaco High School. Her vibrant spirit and warmth attracted many friends who recognized her innate talent for bringing joy to those around her.

With a heart that overflowed with love, Abigail made her future in the sunny embrace of Corpus Christi, where she built a beautiful life with moments bursting with laughter alongside her beloved daughter, Brooklyn. Their bond was profound, grounded in shared experiences of cooking delectable meals, indulging in the joys of baking, and traveling to create lasting memories that would linger in their hearts forever.

Abigail's passion for life and her affinity for nature guided her towards a rewarding career as a Tour Guide at the Texas Wildlife Park in the enchanting Hill Country. Here, she discovered her vocation among adoring animals, delighted guests, and a supportive team. Her laughter and enthusiasm resonated throughout the park, as she crafted enriching experiences for visitors and nurtured a community around the wonders of the natural world.

Abigail's vibrant personality and deep roots in friendship sustained her throughout her journey; she was truly blessed with a circle of loved ones. She leaves behind her precious daughter, Brooklyn Tatyana Escobedo, who will carry forward her legacy of love and creativity. In generations past, she was supported by her beloved grandmother, Thelma Dyer, uncle, Jonah Dyer and her caring aunt, Roxie Blood, alongside cousins Cody Blood, Wyatt Blood (Jay), and Beau Blood—who provided unwavering encouragement throughout her life. Accepting her departure with heavy hearts are her friend, Austin Court, and a myriad of others who were touched by Abigail’s kindness.

She was predeceased by her grandfather, Jack Dyer, who undoubtedly welcomed Abigail into eternal rest with open arms, where they now share stories and love once more.

Abigail Nadezhda Dyer will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege to know her. Her indomitable spirit, loving nature, and vital presence will forever echo in the hearts and minds of her family, friends, and colleagues. As we gather to remember her, let us hold close the countless moments we shared and celebrate a life well-lived, woven with love, laughter, and luminescence.
