Alan Lee Ingram, 63, of Kerrville, Texas passed from life on December 10,2021 at his home. He was born in Richmond, Virginia to parents, Lester and Naomi (Carlton) Ingram.
Alan grew up in Miami, Florida, Hattiesburg, Mississippi and Chattanooga, Tennessee before his family settled in Kerrville in 1968. He graduated from Tivy High School before moving to Dallas, Texas where he met his wife, Donna. Alan and Donna married in Kerrville on November 2,1979. Together the worked and raised their family and established his painting company, which he ran for thirty-five years. Alan enjoyed hunting, fishing, the great outdoors but loved searching and hunting for rocks and arrow heads.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, Lester and Naomi Ingram; brother, Carlton Ingram and nephew Kris Russell.
Those left to honor and cherish his memory include his wife, Donna Ingram; son, Jacob Ingram and his family; daughter, Ashely Vincent and husband, James O’Brien; grandchildren, Fallon Vincent, Trinity O’Brien, Connor O’Brien (he loved being Pappy to his grandchildren); sister in laws, Brenda Breshers and family and Terri Russell and family; nephews, Rusty Watson and wife Tuesday and family and Steve Watson; niece, Christi Hunter and family along with numerous extended aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews from Texas, Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama.
The family would like to thank Alamo Hospice for their love and care for Alan.
A memorial service will be held at 1PM on Saturday, January 8,2022 at Kerrville Funeral Home.
