She was an accomplished artist and novice-writer writing several religious songs. She worked at Levi Straus and as a chef at several establishments including a nursing home.
Betty's friendliness and kindness to all people and her devotion and love for her family and friends is a tribute to the beauty of her heart and soul. Her inspiring presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to have known her.
