Curtis Brown

Curtis DeWayne Brown, 35, of Harper, TX passed from this life on November 28, 2014 at a Fredericksburg hospital. He was born on September 26, 1979 in Nederland, TX.

Spending most of his life in the Kerrville area, he graduated from Tivy High School. Curtis was a faithful employee of A A Tire, where he enjoyed his tasks as a technician. He was very proud to be a member of the Harper Volunteer Fire Department, following his fathers footsteps. Unit 683 will forever be remembered as an energetic, enthusiastic fireman that was proud to be a member of the brotherhood of firefighters.

Those left to honor and cherish his memories are his loving wife of 14 years, Mandy LaVerne Morris Brown son, Patrick Thomas Brown father and stepmother, Cecil Wayne and Cheryl Diane Brown mother and stepfather, Deveda Raye and Steve Puckett sisters, Kayla Ann Stevens, Shea Marie Ehlert, and Chelsea Albrecht brother, Trey Logan Brown fatherinlaw and motherinlaw, Cole and Dovie Morris his companions, Sheena, Bella, and PeeWee along with his work family and numerous friends and relatives that will miss him dearly.

Funeral Services officiated by Robert Dozier will be held at 2 PM, Thursday, December 4, 2014 at Wild Ride Ministries, 23809 US Highway 290 West, Harper, TX 78631.

Per family request, memorial donations may be forwarded to the Harper Volunteer Fire Department, P O Box 306, Harper, TX 78631, in memory of Curtis Dewayne Brown.
