Dorothy E. Heldt, 88, of Kerrville passed away peacefully at a local Hospital on Thursday September 30, 2004. A Graveside service will be at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Kerrville on Monday, October 4,2004 at 10:00 am. With Rev. Sam Ligon officiating.
