Francis Jenkins

Francis Joan "Jo Ann" (Shoemaker) Jenkins, 85, of Kerrville passed from this life on February 7, 2020 at a local hospital.  Francis was born October 2, 1934 in Scott County, Virginia, to Margaret Thelma Shoemaker.

She is predeceased by her mother, her step-father,  Logan Palmer Nash; her brothers, Carlos Nash and Harry Nash.

She is survived by her brother, Kyle Nash; her sister, Peggy (Nash) Jordan; her children, Charles Roger Vines (Theresa), Carol Ann (Vines) Cain (Barry), and Karen Denise (Vines) Biscamp; her grandchildren: Jennifer Deanne (Vines) Harris (James), Jonathan David Vines (Glenne) and Christopher Thomas Vines (Lena), Chad Ray Webb, Billy Glenn Webb, Jr. (Rachel), Elizabeth Joann (Lewis) Clark (Josh), Amanda  Danelle Biscamp, Arin Michelle Biscamp (Nathan); 8 grandchildren; 1 step-grandson; 13 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, February 10, 2020 at the Kerrville Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Del Way officiating.

Visitation will be held 5-7:00 PM, Sunday at Kerrville Funeral Home.
