Helen Lewis

Helen (Kay) Catherine Lewis, 84, of Kerrville TX passed from this life and went to be with her Lord on Sunday, August 15, 2021.

A visitation will be held at 11AM on Friday, August 20, 2021 at Kerrville Funeral Home.

A funeral service will take place at 1PM on Friday, August 20, 2021 at Kerrville Funeral Home with Pastor Thomas Jeffers officiating the service. Interment to following at Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Helen was born August 4, 1937 in Ada, OK to parents, Fred H. Fuller Sr. and Helen Margaret (Patty).  She grew up in Bowie, TX and graduated from Bowie High School in 1954. She attended Draughon’s business school in Wichita Falls, TX  and worked at Ponca Wholesale inn Wichita Falls. She married the love of her life Kenneth C. Lewis on May 6, 1983 in Abilene, TX.

Helen was an Avon representative for 35 years.  She enjoyed playing the piano and organ at church.  She was a faithful member of Open Arms Church in Ingram, TX as well as a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter in Kerrville.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Fred H Fuller Sr. and Helen Margaret (Patty) Fuller.

Those left to cherish her memory include her beloved husband, Kenneth C. Lewis; daughters, Patty Chick of Waurika, OK; Susan Liley of Schertz, TX and Phyllis Trammel of Center Point, TX; brothers, Fred H. Fuller Jr. of Belize and Robert Fuller of Bowie, TX; thirteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
