Jacquelyn Zastrow

Kerrville - Jackie Zastrow was born on February 13, 1948 in Murphy, North Carolina. Jackie went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on December 18, 2017, after a brief battle with cancer.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Tanner of Snellville, Georgia.

She is survived by her mother, Joyce Tanner of Blairsville, Georgia; her husband of almost 49 years, Ronnie Zastrow of Kerrville, Texas; her son, Jeremiah Zastrow and daughter-in-law, Cindy Zastrow of Hunt, Texas; her three grandchildren, Noah, Micah, and Aaralynn Zastrow; sister, Angie Young and husband Alan, of Blairsville, Georgia; brothers, Kenny Tanner, of Nashville, Tennessee and Kevin Tanner and wife, Jody, of Loganville, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.

Jackie and Ronnie moved to Kerrville in August of 2005, to be near their son and his family, who were the joy of her life.

Jackie was actively involved at Trinity Baptist Church of Kerrville and her goal in life was to do the will of God and to bring Him glory.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at Trinity Baptist Church, Kerrville, Texas.
