James Oscar Moore, 95, of Kerrville, Texas passed from this life on Thursday February 22, 2018 at a local care facility in Kerrville, Texas.
Funeral Services will be Saturday March 3, 2018 at 11am at Kerrville Funeral Home. A private burial will be held in San Antonio at a family plot.
Jim was born November 29, 1922 in San Antonio. He was raised by Edna Looney Wells and Ike Wells in the Alamo city. He was married in Aruba to Ardis Rayburn of Dexter, Oregon.
Jim worked as a Chemical engineer for Atlantic Richfield for 45 years. He was happily married to Ardis for 50 years before she predeceased him in 2003.
Jim is serviced by 3 sons: Jimmy, Chris and Jay Moore. One beloved grandchild, Ian Hunter Moore of McKinney, Texas.
Jim enjoyed 33 years in Kerrville, Texas. He was funny and quick-witted will taking great care of his family. He loved the Save Inn and all his ''girls'' there.
