John Heathcock

John Heathcock, 53 of Harper, Texas passed away from this life on Thursday March 7, 2019 in Kerrville, Texas.
John was born on September 5, 1965 in San Antonio, Texas to Peggy Ann and William Heathcock. He was raised in
Mont Belvieu, Texas where he attended Barbers Hill High School. He graduated in 1988 at Laredo State University with a Bachelor Degree
in Special Education. On April 6, 1990, he married his best friend Sandra Mendez in Laredo, Texas and enjoyed raising their three children.
John worked as special education teacher for several years. He also worked with students in the Gifted and Talented Program to make them
more creative and productive. Several of his students published poetry in journals. John moved from teaching to start his own business, to
spend more time with his wife, children and father. He enjoyed attending auctions, picking and spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Ann Heathcock;

Those who remain to cherish his memories are, his wife Sandra Heathcock; his children William, Evangelina and Daniel; his father,
William Douglas Heathcock and his half-siblings. We Love you and miss you greatly. You will always be in our hearts.

A Celabration of Life service is 2:00 PM Saturday March 16, 2019 in the chapel of Kerrville Funeral Home 1221 Junction Highway Kerrville, Texas
