LtCol. Ann Couslin, (USAF) Retired

Ann Paulina Couslin of Kerrville, TX passed away on March 12, 2021 at Methodist Stone Oak Hospital, San Antonio, Texas. She was 88 years old.  Originally from Leechburg, PA, she was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Couslin (deceased 1966).  Ann was an accomplished nurse anesthetist who served her country in the United States Air Force, retiring with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. She also worked for a number of Veteran Affairs hospitals.

Ann enjoyed attending Mass and was an active member of parishes in Kerrville, Comfort, San Padre Island, and Houston, Texas. She also loved to travel.

In addition to her husband, Ann was preceded in death by her parents George and Vinca Klucinec as well as her brothers Paul and Frank Klucinec, and her sisters Elizabeth Graham, Mary Claassen, Justine Donghia, and Katherine Fatseas.   Ann is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 4PM on Saturday, April 17,2021 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church,114 US-87 Comfort, TX 78013.Inurnment will take place at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.
