Ralph Edward Price, age 65, of Kerrville, Texas peacefully went to be with his Lord and Savior Christmas Day 2025 surrounded by family.

Born December 23rd, 1960 in San Jose, California, Ralph grew up going to church with family and began working as a carpenter at age 7 with his father and grandfather. He moved to Texas in 1977 at the age of 17 where he attended and graduated from Port Neches Groves High School in 1979.

Ralph moved to Kerrville, Texas in the early 1990’s where he later continued his passion for carpentry, opening his own business in 1995, owning and operating Price Construction for over 30 years. He married Mary Price in August of 1998 and they raised four children. He was a hard-working provider for his wife, children, and grandchild.

Ralph survived colon cancer in 2019 and was re-diagnosed with metastatic stage 4 cancer in his liver and lungs in December 2023. He fought hard and was able to cherish two beautiful years full of memories and laughter after his diagnosis. He made it to his 65th birthday surrounded by family and friends.

Ralph was a devoted man of God, witness and helper to others. His favorite times were spent with family during nightly prayers, road trips, game nights, and pool days. Ralph’s quick wit and “dad-humor”, work ethic, light-hearted competition, talents and passion for art, music and construction will be very missed but will live on through his wife, children, and those around him whose lives he touched.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lendell Price and his sister, Linda Finley.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Mary Price, children, Brittany Smith (Roy), Blake Smith (Kasee), Edward Price (Isabella), Elizabeth Price (Peter), grandchild, Kinlee Smith, his mother, Frances Price, siblings, Brenda Latham (Ray), Glenda Bruder (David), Robert Price (Jana), and many beloved nieces, nephews and close relatives.

The service for Ralph is Friday, January 2, 2026 at Kerrville Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 10 A.M; with services to be held at 11 A.M. and interment to follow at Garden of Memories.
