Robert Mertl

Kerrville Robert Mertl died suddenly on Aug. 2, 2009. He was born Oct. 13, 1934, in Queens, New York, to Frank P. and Alice A. Mertl.

Robert was a retiree from Western Electric, having been with them from the mid 1950s through 1983. He then started a second career in the Atlanta, Georgia, area and eventually had his own homerepair business.
In 1998, he and Jacquelene relocated to Texas, purchasing their home in Ingram.

He is survived by his wife, Jacquelene, and one daughter, Stacy Kontir of High Bridge, New Jersey.

Final services are pending.
