Violet Williams

Violet Mary (Ohnemus) Williams was born on November 1, 1913 in Artesia, NM. She passed from this life at a local care facility February 3, 2017.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Frank J. Ohnemus and Ernesta ''Ma'' Grandi Ohnemus, siblings; Adele Ohnemus Gammel, Robert Ohnemus, Ernest Ohnemus, Frank Ohnemus, husband; James Marvin Williams and her children; James ''Jim'' Marvin Williams, Wanda Jean ''Klen'' Williams Wimberley and Lawrence Rhea Wimberley.
Those left to continue her legacy are her daughter-in-law; Dixie Williams, her 6 grandchildren and their spouses; Debbie Williams Durham (Rodney), Laurie Wimberley Rees (Richard), Diana Williams Deaton (Will), Ken Wimberley (Cindy), Lela Williams Russell (Ed), Lisa Wimberley Cook (Mike), 15 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

The greatest picture painted is that of Mother Earth

The proof of something greater is written on each flower
The clouds and lakes, in different hues, increases this mystic power
Surrounded by His masterpiece, emphatically we feel

Visitation will be held Monday, February 6, 2017 at Kerrville Funeral home from 6PM-8PM.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
