Weldon Stromberg

Kerrville Weldon E. quotEdquot Stromberg, 76, of Kerrville, passed from this life on Sunday evening, June 28, 2009 at his home.

Born in Nogales, AZ on March 25, 1933, he was the son of Weldon Bailey Raney Stromberg and Vencie Jane Laney Stromberg. He had been a resident of Kerrville for many years.

Mr. Stromberg served in the US Army as a Lieutenant.

He was a member of St. Pauls Methodist Church, Kerrville.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Lois A. Stromberg on May 5, 2009, by his parents and his brother John.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory are his son, Richard E. Stromberg of La Veta, CO his daughter, Kathryn Boswell and husband Michael of Austin, and a grandson, Deontae Boswell of Austin.

There is no visitation.

A Celebration of his life will be held at Live Oaks Unitarian Universalist Church, Cedar Park, TX, on Friday, July 3, 2009 at 11:00AM.

In lieu of floral arrangements, the family asks that monetary donations in his name be made to the American Heart Association.
