William Ziche

William “Bill” Richard Ziche, 85, of Kerrville, Texas passed Thursday, January 21, 2021.William was born in Chicago, Illinois on May 29, 1935 to William Ernest and Edna Margaret (Karsh) Ziche.

William married the love of his life Glenda Louise (Porter) Ziche on June 25, 1960 in Rio, Wisconsin. He served 4 years in the United States Air Force as a helicopter crew chief. William retired after 25 year as a meat market manager with HEB Grocery Company. He then served with Laborers for Christ for 12 years assisting 13 congregations in completing their building projects.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents and sister Edna.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years Glenda Ziche, Children, William Ziche (Michelle) of Germantown, Wisconsin, Wendie Roser (Bill) of LaVernia, Texas, Michelle Ziche-Rosenthal of Waco, Texas; Grandchildren Ryan Ziche (Alyssa), Austin Ziche (Laura), Allison Bartels (Ben), Christopher Roser (Alexa), Nicole Thomas  (Malcolm), Darry Rosenthal, 6 Great-Grandchildren, Sisters Geraldine and Kathleen.

Funeral Services will be 10AM Friday, January 29, 2021 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 204 Spence St Kerrville, Texas 78028 with burial to follow at Mission Park Cemetery of Dominion in San Antonio, Texas.

Arrangements are under the direction and personal care of the professionals at Kerrville Funeral Home (830)895-5111
